In recent years, capacitor touch control is widely popular in various types of lamps. It realizes intelligent control of lamps through human touch conductive. As a type of switch, one of the most important advantages of this control method is to prevent dirt and moisture from entering the product to stick or damage it.Based on the Infineon PSOC 4 Capsense controller (CY8C4045SAZI), BGT60LTR11AIP microwave motion sensor, BCR431U LED drive, the capacitive touch sensor desktop schemes have good sensitivity and stability in various environments.

PSOC 4 is a highly scalable processor platform. It has a highly programmable flexibility and combines the core of ARM Cortex-M0+high-performance processing. The PSOC 4000S product series in this plan is a member of the PSOC 4 platform architecture. It combines microcontrollers with standard communication and timer peripherals, and first -class capacitive touch sensing systems (Capsense). And compatible with members of the PSOC 4 platform can meet new applications and design needs.

BGT60LTR11AIP is a complete integrated microwave motion sensor, equipped with an antenna (AIP), built -in motion and motion direction detector on the package. No external micro controller is required, the sensor can be operated through the status machine.Because developers have no need to have professional knowledge in radio frequency, antenna design or radar signal processing, BGT60LTR11AIP has greatly reduced the threshold for radar technology. In low -power or battery power supply applications, it has become a cost -effective alternative of traditional passive infrared (PIR) sensors.

BCR431U is a constant linear LED driver IC, which is packaged with a small SOT23-6, which can provide a lower voltage drop when regulating LED current. This driver IC drops only 105mV at the 15mA current, providing more design elasticity for lighting applications.

In terms of software, the Capsense adopted in this solution is an Infineon patent technology that uses a capacitive touch sensing method to detect user's touch input. In response to this technology, Infineon also provides a complete set of software libraries and development tools to help developers quickly design and debug applications.

In terms of logical control, this solution uses logical judgments and control signals in MCU to control the brightness of LED lights.MCU uses CapSense (capacitive induction) technology to detect touch operations. When users touch the sensor, Capsense feels the changing capacitance value.Through logical control, the MCU can determine whether there is a touch event in the input signal of the Capsense sensor. If the touch event is detected, the MCU will use PWM (pulse width adjustment) technology to adjust the brightness of the LED light based on the position or strength of the touch.

In addition, the scheme uses Sense Tune to adjust the touch threshold, judge the touch status, and the experimental calculation of the pulse width and frequency of PWM.These logical control operations set MCU internal parameters through program design and PSOC Creator to achieve the purpose of controlling the brightness of LED lights according to the touch operation.

Thanks to the excellent performance of soft and hardware, this solution supports 4 touch buttons and a 5 -stage touch slide rail. It is efficient, sensitive and reliable touch input, which can sensitively adjust the color and brightness of the table lamp.
