Toshiba launched a small optical relay, high -speed driving help to shorten the test time for semiconductor testing equipment

Toshiba Electronic Component and Storage Device Co., Ltd. ("Toshiba") announced today that the optical relay, "TLP3476S", which uses S-Vson4T packaging, has shortened half of Toshiba's current product TLP3475S.The product has begun to support batch shipments today.

Compared with the current TLP3475s of Toshiba, TLP3476S is running faster and more compact.By improving the light output of infrared LED and optimizing the design of the optoelectronic detection device (optoelectronics diode array), it can achieve efficient optocoupler combination, and also increase the operating speed. The maximum value of the turnover time is reduced to 0.25ms. The time is TLP3475Shalf.In addition, due to the smaller S-Vson4T packaging (maximum thickness of 1.4mm) with smaller size and thinner shape, TLP3476s thickness is 20%reduced compared with the current product.This helps reduce the size of the equipment that requires multiple circuit boards.
